Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Robinson Innovations LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as QNAAPI ("QNAAPI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through qnaapi.com, the QNAAPI API, and related services (together, the "Services").

Robinson Innovations LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy, except where we process data on behalf of our customers as described in Section 3.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. You can reach us about any privacy question using the details in Section 16.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal information about:

  • visitors to qnaapi.com;
  • people who register for a QNAAPI account, including developers and team members of our customers; and
  • customers and prospective customers who contact us, subscribe, or do business with us.

It does not cover the data our customers collect from their own audiences using the Services. That data is described in Section 3.

3. Data we process on behalf of customers

QNAAPI lets publishers and other businesses ("Customers") create surveys, polls, forms, and quizzes and collect responses from their own audiences ("Respondents"). When a Respondent submits a response through a Customer's survey, poll, form, or quiz, the Customer decides what is collected and how it is used.

For this Respondent data:

  • the Customer is the controller (or "business," under U.S. state privacy laws), and QNAAPI acts as a processor (or "service provider");
  • we process Respondent data only to provide the Services to that Customer and according to their instructions, as set out in our Data Processing Addendum;
  • we do not sell Respondent data, use it for our own advertising, or combine it with data from other Customers; and
  • each Customer's privacy policy, not this one, governs how that Customer uses Respondent data.

If you responded to a survey, poll, form, or quiz on a website or app that uses QNAAPI and want to access, correct, or delete your responses, please contact the organization that ran it. If you contact us instead, we will refer your request to the relevant Customer and help them respond to it.

When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can request more information about these safeguards by contacting us.

  • delete your personal information;
