Subprocessors

Robinson Innovations LLC (d/b/a QNAAPI) uses the third-party providers below to process Customer Personal Data, including Respondent Data, on behalf of our customers. Each is bound by written data protection terms at least as protective as our Data Processing Addendum, and we remain responsible for their performance.

This list covers providers that process data on our customers' behalf. Providers that handle only QNAAPI's own data, such as our payment processor, Stripe, are described in our Privacy Policy.
Get notified of changes
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor, as described in Section 7.3 of the DPA. Subscribe to receive that notice by email.
We use this address only for subprocessor change notices. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds within the notice period by emailing privacy@qnaapi.com.
